The final deadline for comments to the Roadless Areas Task Force is June 30, 2006. We need as many motorized recreationists as possible to send in your comments. Go to the following link and submit (the Keystone Group is managing the process for Colorado DNR)

Key items: Pick the specific forests that you play in; Let them know that you want the forests managed under normal Forest and Travel Management Plans, not a special designation; Roads that have historical motorized use in roadless areas must be remain open; Boundaries for Roadless Areas should not be increased (if anything, they should be decreased); Our National Forests are for all Americans, not just the vocal minority of pseudo conservationists.
